June 10, 2026 — LaurelCrest Partners (“LaurelCrest”) has successfully completed a strategic partnership and recapitalization of R Courier (the “Company”), a leading provider of specialty medical transportation and logistics services across Ontario and Quebec.

The company provides mission-critical and time and temperature sensitive transportation services to healthcare providers throughout the region, providing for the secure delivery of more than one million patient specimens, diagnostic materials, pharmaceuticals, and other healthcare-related shipments annually.

This partnership represents a significant opportunity for LaurelCrest’s and its investors’ continued expansion within the healthcare services sector, supporting essential infrastructure that underpins patient care and diagnostic efficiency across key Canadian markets.
